1: Combine mayo, ketchup, and Worcestershire sauce in a small bowl to make the sauce.

2: Chop and slice all vegetables.

3: Cut the sourdough baguette and lightly spread the insides with melted butter.

4: Toast the insides of the bread.

5: Make 5 even ground beef balls.

6: Place the balls on a griddle or in a pan over high heat and smash down to make thin patties.

7: Cook the beef patties for 2-3 minutes, then flip and add onions, seasoning with Adobo.

8: Break the beef up into small pieces and mix with onions, creating beef mounds.

9: Cover each mound with 2-3 slices of cheese.

10: Assemble the sandwich by spreading the bread with sauce, then adding the beef, lettuce, tomatoes, banana peppers, and another layer of sauce.

11: Cover with foil and let sit for 6-10 minutes before serving.
